While the Super Bowl commercials contained usual suspects like the Clydesdale horses, talking babies, and monkeys, there were also a fair number of musicians showing up for the gig.
One of my favorites of the evening was this one for Samsung Mobile which featured The Darkness:
Motley Crue (and a kickass rhino) showed up in this Kia Optima commercial:
The Beach Boys' John Stamos appeared in this ad for Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt:
Flavor Flav, Elton John, and X Factor champ Melanie Amaro were in this Pepsi commercial:
And finally, as we wrote the other day, OK Go appeared in this Chevy Sonic commercial (with the soundtrack provided by Fun.):
